When shopping on our website, you are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period (including holidays) starting from the day after the goods are delivered. Beyond this period, we will not provide returns or exchanges.
Please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period. To be eligible for returns or exchanges, the product must be in "brand-new condition" and in its "original packaging." The original manufacturer's box and packaging are considered integral parts of the product. Any loss, damage, or missing components will result in deductions from the refund, based on the extent of damage and the cost required to restore it to its original condition.
Returns or exchanges cannot be processed for perishable goods, products with short shelf lives, customized items, newspapers, magazines, or journals.
If you wish to exchange a product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for any associated expenses, including shipping fees and transaction charges.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process the refund to your designated bank account within 14 working days.
